For an extra person in a twin or double room, there is a charge of £25 per night (we will provide a folding bed)

Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings to be confirmed with a credit or debit card number (or written confirmation) accompanied by one night's payment . For security reasons please do not send your credit or debit card details to us via email.
Provisional bookings to be confirmed within seven days. Those not confirmed will be released.
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to arrival date your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to your arrival date then your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be liable for the entire cost of the accommodation unless the room is relet.
If a guest decides to curtail his or her stay, the total price of the booking will be charged, including the nights curtailed
Check-in begins from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the room by 10.30 am on the
day of your departure.
Please note we do not accept bookings with pets.
Minimum Age - Children 10 years or over
For single occupancy of a twin/double room there is 10% reduction of the full room cost.
